Greenly — Delete your account and data

App: Greenly (Google Play, com.greenly.app), published by Greenly Garden.

In the app

1. Open Calendar and tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
2. Open Settings.
3. In Account, tap Delete account and data and confirm.

An internet connection is needed. The app then clears itself on the phone, as after a fresh install.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot open it, write to publicsomeday@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Greenly account". We will delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• your account and the email address linked to it;
• your places, plants, tasks, journal entries and diagnosis results in the cloud;
• all journal photos in the cloud storage.

What is kept

• nothing linked to you;
• anonymous data that was never linked to a person: typical frost dates for an area of about 25 km, and cached answers to plant photos;
• if you gave consent to statistics, Firebase keeps anonymous events for up to 14 months under its own retention rules;
• Google Play keeps its own record of any purchases, as required for payments and taxes.
